… the detox

as part of bootcamp we get a 4-week nutrition plan. The first 3 days are a detox.

It’s day one and I want to eat my hand.

Breakfast

Green smoothie (spinach, pineapple, blueberries)

Snack … water

Lunch … 2 cups of veggies sliced and a cup of fruit

Snack … water

Dinner … 2 cups of mixed greens and a cup of veggies, 1 tbs dressing

… more water

I was okay until dinner then I turned evil.  I ate my salad and was more hungry than when I started!

I think I’ll go to bed at 8 in case I act on the thoughts in my head.  Plus I have so much to look forward to tomorrow … same as today minus the fruit 🙂
