in my unbalanced running world …
Saturday – great 10k run
Sunday – no running, but a great day with Dad!
Monday – 8k run with G, after that run, my evening was productive, relaxing and non stressful even with all talk about BENTLEY!!!
Tuesday – Planned to go to the gym at lunch, got caught up in work, stayed late, worked at home in the evening. Couldn’t get a sleep because of thunderstorm.
Wednesday – bailed on 6:00am run due to only having 3 hours sleep. Thought about running after work, too exhausted, had twizzlers for dinner.
Thursday – set alarm for pre work run. Re-evaluated that when alarm went off. No run after work, but lovely evening with the girls which always makes everything better.
Friday – took day off work before I get carried off to loony bin. Morning 6k run, a couple hours of work (I know, have you read the post below??) shopping and lunch with the strickler. then an afternoon nap.
Saturday – woke up feeling lousy, thought a run would help shake it out. About 2k into the run wanted to puke, ditched run and buddies came home and crawled into bed.
