I’ve done enough long runs to know what not to do. I could write a book or a blog or something with the vast amount of knowledge and experience I have had.
I was baffled and frustrated by how tough Sundays run was. Baffled but didn’t think why, what was so different, until Jeff asked
what did the rest of your workouts look like this week? any major difference in your schedule
he also mentioned a magic word hydration.
As soon as I read his comments the light bulb flickered.
I did hot yoga Friday night, and then again Saturday morning after my run. It was hot and I sweated a lot. I didn’t hydrate much on Saturday because I wasn’t home all day.
Goal for this week … hydrate

Oh yeah, Bikram yoga will kick your ass! I’ve only done it a couple of times, but I feel it for days after.
Way to be super strong throughout the 18 though. That’s awesome mental trianing right there!
