I laughed last night when I was reading the book. Based on what I’ve been doing the last few days, I am a perfect example of the follicular phase (the first 14 days of your cycle).
Energy is out-going and up-beat. Filled with enthusiasm and new ideas. It is a time to initiate new projects and experiments … say like this!
I can just imagine what a stupid idea I’ll think it is on day 22.
Made me think about all the great ideas or thought they were great ideas, they were all probably conceived around the same time. Re-decorating, throwing a party, trying online dating, buying golf clubs, wanting a tattoo, signing up for a marathon!
and I got my hair cut … looks good not as good as the chic in the pic … her hair is longer … but my shorter do is rocking. picture coming…
